Hi both from the UK 🇬🇧. I have been watching your videos for a little while now and tried a couple of the recipes. Now i have purchased a chest freezer as you have inspired me to make freezers meals for my family of 5. Thank you for sharing. X

Great video. I’m eating the last Maple Leaf cookie in the box and the cookie is made in Canada and has maple syrup in the ingredients. Delicious. I don’t think we have any cookies in the States that has maple syrup in the ingredients. The rollups were great. Every Thanksgiving one of our Apps was turkey, ham and something else rollups or pinwheels. They were frozen and sold near the Holidays. Haven’t seen them in years and everyone loved them. They were the only non-homemade food on the table. I can now bring your rollups along with my stuffing for Thanksgiving. Thank you guys.

My daughter is also allergic to celery, so I wonder if the box vegtable broth, bothers you , because I have yet to find any store bought broth that doesn't have celery?

Cream of potato soup works great as well if you don't like or can't have cream of celery or cream of mushroom. One of my kids hate mushrooms and also hates the taste of cream of celery, so I would substitute using the cream of potato.

I have always used cream of mushroom and the pre made pie dough for my pot pies . Been doing it this way for over 20 yrs.😀 I have not frozen them, never occurred to me, but will now! 😊

pot pie – thought – possibly use ramekins, put filling straight into a greased ramekin, put biscuit on top. I know doesn't go in bags that well, but I've done something similar and comes out really good. I put a smidge of butter on them when they come out of the oven, and yum!

Not sure if you know about the Souper cubes or not. They are silicone molds that you can freeze soup or anything in then remove and put individual squares of soup (2 cups) worth into your freezer bag. Wash and repeat! I love them. Plus they also sell a ramekin that fits the frozen cube perfectly for the oven!

Sharla, you're safe. Typical ice cream that you buy in the grocery store does not have eggs. Custard-based ice cream does have eggs, but the eggs are cooked in the custard before it's run through the ice cream machine.

There are two types of ice cream, the custard style with eggs and then ice ream with only heavy cream, half and half, sweetened condensed milk, and whatever flavorings, nuts or fruit, no eggs.

The ham and turkey roll ups are great with a pickle rolled inside. Sliced into 1” sections they make a great appetizer. I don’t know how the pickle would freeze. The diced chicken could have spinach or diced apples added to them.

When making pot pies I use gravy instead of cream of whatever soup. The gravy freezes well and doesn't separate. Gravy also compliments the chicken, beef , hamburger or whatever protein is used much better than cream of soups.
