Thank y'all so much for the tip about the coconut flour! I'm going to try making another coffee cake with almond flour instead and see if we like that better. You guys are awesome!!

Everything looked great. I would not eat the egg roll in a bowl as I am not a fan of Asian food and I do not eat meat. I think that my son would love it though. Thanks for sharing. I love your Instant Pot videos. I use mine at least twice a week. My problem is that I always make too much food.

Lovely video as always! Have you tried any recipes like this in the ninja foodi? I personally do not have an instant pot, but it is always nice to watch to meal ideas.

The reason the coffee cake was dry is because you used coconut flour. Coconut flour absorbs a lot of liquid. I tried cooking with it but never manage to adjust the liquids to my liking. I prefer almond flour if I'm not using regular flour.

Yay, another Instant Pot video!! I hope your cookbook will give more ideas for future videos too. Love the fact that these are healthier recipes. I bet the problem with the coffeecake was the coconut flour itself. It is a very drying ingredient and always sucks the moisture out of other ingredients so probably the author should have reduced the amount of it and added another GF flour substitution for body. My daughter has Celiac so I've picked up a lot of trial-and-error knowledge along the way of baking for her. Would you also consider doing more videos using your stainless steel pot-in-pot insert pans? I bought one and can't get much more imaginative than oatmeal/grits or rice/Asian-style-protein or potatoes/meatloaf. Yawn. Why hasn't someone written a cookbook for these neat accessories yet? You could be the first, I'd buy it! ๐Ÿ™‚
