    IMO Your food plan can nicely be served to guests. A clean protein, multi-mixed vegetables & a grain. You could have chicken kabobs served on lemon parsley rice, a big salad, and beautiful roasted veggies. You could have condiments for guests. Baked fish, grilled chicken, baked chicken. Winter big pot of soup, whole grain corn bread & big salad.

    Being honest, heck yes I miss bread and sugar. Terribly. This is the only food plan that has worked for me in decades of trying. I feel the least stomach pain, bloating, etc. Do I still periodically have those symptoms even on the plan, yes, a lifetime of stomach issues. I've lost a significant amount of weight in 4 months, and my blood test results are quite improved. Do I feel great and energetic, no. Maybe it's coming, I'm halfway to the goal. It's worth trying. There is nothing about it that does not make perfect sense. I'm turning off the sugar rush metabolism that prevented me from ever losing weight. My tradition was making tons of cookies for holidays, now I look at recipes and it's hard to believe how much sugar is in the recipes. Can we stop talking about pizza, lol.
    Bravo to Nichole for getting through a work event! Exactly what she said, it's the top priority.
