    That's a great point Lulu, doing it halfway does not move you forward half way, it gets you no where. Exactly what I experienced, years of frustration and an unmoving scale. Nothing changed. I wrote my weight down for literally YEARS. I don't think I even lost 5 pounds. As I went from diet to diet I got hopeful, then crestfallen. It wasn't just physically bad, but mentally bad.

Many health issues though, does anyone else deal with IBS? My stomach, unresolving Bell's Palsy and arthritis are real challenges, NAFLD, and guess what my liver numbers were reduced in half. Thank you ladies for inspiration, I still hate cooking but it enables me to be on the plan. I don't have great willpower and I have fear of regaining, I don't keep any non plan foods in the house and I don't go out to eat or go to the supermarket.
