    I made the donuts just now. Full disclosure-I don’t have a donut pan so I used cupcake liners in a muffin pan and I don’t have plant milk yet (I am easing into a mostly plant based diet) so I used cow’s milk to make “Almost Vegan Cupcakes” and they were really good! My carnivore hubby liked them, too. Thanks for sharing the recipe. 😋

    Had to stop the video for a minute or I'll forget what my comment was 🤪 Anyhoo, I have non-stick donut moulds that haven't made donuts but I did however use it to make potato donuts from Jeannine Elder's potato reset book. They're fun! And it's another way to enjoy potatoes 😋 Okay. There's my 2 cents. Back to the video 😁

    I can‘t wait to try all of this 😀! We don‘t have canned pumpkin here in Switzerland so I’ll use my homemade pumpkin puree….can you tell me how much puree is in a can so I know how much I should use for your recipes?
