    Hmmm idk these meals look really bland. Not for me but I get it. I have a friend that likes really simple basic foods without a lot of spices or Flavor. I see many people with fancy kitchens and big homes. I'm the opposite, simple kitchen, smaller home, big food budget. I love to cook and for me my groceries consist of a wide variety of foods, packed with flavor and cooked with love. One meal at a time.

    Hi Miranda, have you made Chinese food before? I buy frozen stir fry veggies, I add better than boullion roasted garlic ( it’s delicious.) with a small amount water or stock. I make my own spring rolls with grated carrots cabbage and bean sprouts, brush with a little oil and cook in the oven or air fryer. I haven’t tried hot and sour soup yet. These are all inexpensive ingredients.

    Have you tried making tofu ricotta for your lasagnas? It’s soo good and so cheap (even Allan who HATES tofu likes it.) I don’t have exact measurements because I’m bad at that but it’s just firm tofu, spinach, garlic, lemon juice & salt. I use a food processor and just taste for flavor as I go. But it’s so dang good! I always have a hard time not just eating all of it with the sauce before making the lasagna lol

    && I couldn’t eat floor food even if I wanted to… my dogs wouldn’t let me 😂

    Been watching your channel forever. Totally fell like I know you. So here in California, it's just called Amazon Fresh. I love shopping there because I don't need to go through the check out 😘 how was the lasagna?

    The way you squeezed the tomato paste from the tube reminds me of how my husbands squeezes the toothpaste tube and it drives me nuts 😂 Thank goodness we use separate toothpaste and have 2 bathrooms now. I used to always “fix” his toothpaste tube.

    I have a little fan that I keep up on my kitchen counters. I use it most of the time when it gets really hot in my kitchen. But I’ve found that if I blow it over the onions that I’m cutting, basically blowing the onion smell/juices to the side (or otherwise away from me), that my eyes do not water. I hope this comment makes sense. I will say my eyes haven’t watered in quite some time since I’ve started doing this.

    Yum, yum!
    These recipes are fabulous!
    I’m 💯 making that corn, pinto pasta this week –
    I actually just soaked some pinto beans to go with my sweet potato tomorrow and I know I’ll have extra. Perfect coincidence 🙂
    Definitely will look for that kind of pasta next time I pick up groceries. I’m mildly obsessed with the chickpea pastas, so it’s a good reminder to mix it up every now and then!
    Thanks Miranda💕

    What is the texture like for your freezer beans? I am always nervous to freeze items due to texture once thawed. Have you noticed all beans are the same once thawed? Or would you recommend say like black bean instead of a garbanzo.

    Looking for a fast, easy dinner. I have all your ingredients but hubby doesn't like corn. (Can you believe it? Lol!) So I am waiting til he gets home to decide what to do. Thanks for the ideas!
