Dr. Jamnadas, I have noticed that fermented foods tend to be high in AGES, but we are supposed to be eating fermented foods to assist with our gut biome! How do we mesh these two things?

This is generally bullshit when it comes to low heat pan frying meat in talo or coconut oil, or low-heat oven roasting. We've been cooking meat over fire for 300,000 years. There was no way to boil water for the majority of that time.

Lions, Tigers, and Bears Oh My (Don't Eat That!!) If what he's saying is true, Shut down the FDA & hold them accountable for instigating AGE's, etc. Clean out this poisonous industry and introduce the healthier foods .
This is Madness!! Where is the "virus" that spreads wellness in the body?!?!?🙃 Dr. J., Post a cooking vid to reinforce your lecture.

‚Refined coconut oils etc are batter off then extra virgin organic ones’ there must me misunderstanding. How on earth refined oils obtained thanks to solvents/chemicals/high temp are way better than those ones derived from organic/natural sources mainly obtained by sing only slow-rotating mechanical methods

Microwaves change the molecular structure of the food. We have heard it is not healthy because it is not. Before giving a transfusion, a nurse heated the blood very slightly in a microwave. The patient died. That food's molecular structure has been changed.

All he is saying here presupposes you put the effort into eating a proper keto or carnivore diet. I use lard and or bacon fat to braise meats. Covered at low temp. No seed oils at all. I do not use olive oil for fear it is adulterated with seed oil.

PRESSURE COOKERS INCREASE THE TEMPRETURES THAT FOOD IS COOKED WITH. IT ALSO SAVES FUEL AND REDUCES THE COOKING TIMES. IT STEAMS,BOILS FOODS AT 116 Celsius OR 121 Celsius REDUCING A.G.E'S EFFECTIVELY

"Nature" doesn't intend anything. And actually no, the boiling food isn't "natural" by any means. We can discuss how it is better to cook, but no kind of cooking is "intended" so.

A lot of data, but were are the sources…..??? I used to eat a lot of vegetables and fish, oliveoil and low carbs. I had brainfog all the time, IBS and so on. Now I eat meat, salt and butter! No brainfog, no IBS.

Dr. P gave me the courage to begin fasting.I completed 1/3/7 then 19 day fasts where I lost weight but put it back on (bus driver with an Alfred Hitchcock profile). My first two 32 hour fasts gave me light chills and difficult sleep but I knew that was a healing process. During a 7 day fast I realized I never had 7 days in a row in my life where my mood and energy were so good.
But this led me to a carnivore diet and after 4 months lost 60 lbs and still losing, with 50 to go.It's carnivore and intermittent fasting for life now and my labs show reversed fatty liver markers, normal A1C (from pre-diabetic), good fasting insulin, and learned that high LDLs are good for you-not bad for you- especially at my age (64).
We've been lied to about nutrition and Dr. P. is so far ahead of the curve-we're lucky to know him, in spite of his massive youtube channel.
Most doctors are trained monkeys bent on protecting their medical licenses instead of their patients. They're good at taking tests but not good at caring for patients. Ask any nurse.
That's why it's so amazing and wonderful to find rare doctors like Dr. P. who are so proactive.
