Really love your cooking show! I am trying to go vegan with a little bit of fish and chicken, low sodium. Any knowledge on where to find quality soy sauce and other Chinese sauces that are ultra low on sodium would be greatly appreciated.
Hmmm… My thoughts: garlic goes in too soon, will burn. the veggies (broc & mush) are basically raw, which is fine, but no wok hei either.

Should sautée the noodles a bit before adding the sauce, so they can get some char/carmelization on its edges.

@YeungManCooking I’ve never had anything with tofu. Might start giving it a trial run with a couple of your great recipes. Question: what is the difference between broccoli and broccolini please? BTW, you’ll never see any bean sprouts in my cooking photos,can’t stand them.
Just now trying out the Anker Space One headphones with your excellent voice and pace of speech. Your communication skills are so great, you might like to consider teaching others, i. e. public speaking. So many people who work answering phone calls have very poor communication skills. Others who speak to audiences, do not have the ability to project their voices. They talk much to fast, “read” their talk, or worse yet, they face down to the wood on the podium. @YeungManCooking

My great-grandmother's sister is a 107 year-old meat lover and I plan on being like her (living long while enjoying meat lol), but your recipes all look amazing. I have always enjoyed the flavors of Asian dishes, but you have done a great job of making plant-based meals worth trying. Great way to take small breaks from meat and not be miserable. Subscribed !
