My favourite make ahead breakfast is overnight oats (40g oats,200g yogurt, tsp vanilla, and any frozen fruit) and baked oats (40g oats, 100g yogurt, 1 egg any flavourings- bake 25/30 minutes at 200°C) top with fruit and yogurt makes a busy morning so much easier and healthier than traditional cereal

Cooking the egg in the microwave so it’s the perfect size for the bagel and doesn’t fall off is genius. I love bagel breakfast sandwiches but my scrambled eggs always fall off.

Hi!! Would you do a video for freezer meals for one? My daughter is a college student who doesn’t like the food on campus and doesn’t have time to cook. She get hangry when she hasn’t had enough to eat! I need ideas of individual freezer foods to take to her. Thanks in advance!!

Those fresh eggs are amazing! While we don't have chicken….I have a farm close that I drive to weekly to get fresh eggs! I'm making the turkey sausage biscuits for my next meal prep breakfast!

when doing your breakfast bagels or other sandwiches with cheese, put the ham first, then the cheese, then the hot eggs, it will help keep the sandwich together a little better

I like to wrap in wax paper first then put into ziploc bags. I leave them in the wax paper to heat in the microwave . That’s ya I don’t waste foil,or a paper towel I would wrap sandwiches or burritos in to heat.

When batch cooking scramble eggs, you can cook them on you cook sheet. When done use round cookie cutter for you sandwiches and chop up the scraps for breakfast Burritos ♡

I use the flip and fold bags, to keep things together in my freezer bags. Inexpensive with less bulk and less fuss than plastic wrap or foil ♡

Also, the last time I cooked a chub of sausage (I actually did 2), I left them whole and cooked them in my instant pot. I then cooled them and sliced them, making my own pre cooked sausage patties ♡

Now for this one, I used store bought sausage patties from Walmart, you can make easy waffle or pancake sandwiches, as well. ♡ 😁

Kristen, I LOVE your videos! Thanks for all of the great recipes. I have chickens and need to know where you got that cute egg caddy for your counter? I have to have one. That would be so helpful!❤️
