I love your videos! I've learned a great deal watching your channel! Question, I have a four burner Camp Chef and I know you have the same unit, but you don't use it very often if at all. Is there a reason? I ask because if there is a hidden issue, I want to be prepared. Thanks and keep up the great video content.

flat top king for cook of 2022. 5:36 is an artwork, cooking was long over in the first 3 mins together with preppin. my favorite outdoors cookin channel, hands down. 6:45 was a good one.

I like how the wife can both film perfectly and take a bite of what's cookin.

Doc Griddle, this is brilliant, love it, love it. This is a definite huntin camp menu item. It is so good, I'm trying it this weekend just make sure my taste buds can stand it. We add Italian seasoning, spiced salt, Basel and smoked paprika to the taters on the griddle. Great idea, research on!!

After watching your videos for the past few months, we finally took the leap toward cooking on a flat-top. We picked Pit Boss's 4-Burner Ultimate Lift-off griddle. Yesterday, for Sunday Brunch we tried our hand at making a hashbrown omelette. Totally, worth the effort and calories!!! Next time we will follow your suit by adding the sausage and jalepenos. My question…what criteria led you to use your Blackstone vs your Pit-Boss this time around? I'm using a silicone spatula, so my omelette folds didn't turn out so well. I can see the benefit of using a long metal spatula, that is more sturdy. Maybe with more practice, i'll eventually get it.

I'll tell you what! That looked absolutely delicious. I have got to try this next weekend for sure. If your spatula was just a touch longer you would've nailed the pick up. Great video guys. 👍 👍

Thats all the parts of a great breakfast burrito but without the tortilla. I'll try that straight the first time but I may try it after wrapping it in a tortillas the second time. Maybe swapping the breakfast sausage with chorizo on the burrito version.
