hello Catherine, love your videos. To remove excess grease from your pan, instead of using paper towels or a strainer you need to wash up, I use a turkey baster and suction the grease out and into a bowl.
I tried this dish after watching with my husband. I'm not a fan of food like this but this was really, really good. I highly recommend. The flavor was really good and I will be making it again.
