    This looks like one of the WORST FOOD for cats. But looks just amazing for human consumption. I am going to try it with my boyfriend, just without meat. You just won a subscriber. One of my biggest problems ever, (sorry for drama) is I adore runny egg yolks and there is never a yolk as big as I want to dip my potatoes or toast. they should be 3 times bigger.

    I love those little hash brown egg cups 😋. Using the Frozen shredded hash browns is really a game changer. So convenient. You can also use dehydrated shredded hash browns. A combination that I like is with a mushroom duxelle and Brie. And if you feel real adventurous you can use the two leftover egg yolks to make a small batch of Hollandaise to pour over the top 😋

    But I do intemitted fasting OMAD 1 meal a day…
    I'd use instead of potato as it has lots of carbs sugar starch wich turns into glucose..I'd use
    Motsarella cheese as the base with the egg whites etc then put it into the tins but bake for 8min instead….Leas carbohydrates KETO virsion..
