I was looking for the link to the coffee you ordered. I am interested if you received it yet, and what were your thoughts about it? Amazing organization, thanks for sharing your pre-grocery trip. Have a blessed day.

When I started my meal prep, I found I needed carrots and beer. Good thing I had a beer. I was about to use one of the Jack Daniels cocktails drinks but decided to actually use the beer I had in the back of my fridge. I was good with seltzers but I didn’t want to use. My local stores sale a larger single cans of beer.

Hey Megan! You can get an individual beer at a convenient store/ sometimes a gas station (depending on the state you live in!)
I, too, am having some liver support time- lemon juice every morning- it’s been so helpful! It really makes a big helpful difference. I was lazy about supporting my liver- so I named her Gladys and now I give Gladys her lemon juice and probiotic every morning and she’s happy. 😂😂😂

Please share your resources for supporting Gladys and know you aren’t alone!

I love that you're using vinegar in the laundry, I've done it too for years. Even if the laundry comes out with a slight smell of vinegar it will fade away once it's dry. I always hang-dry everything, don't have a dryer.

Since you're doing some detoxing in your diet, I suggest taking a look at chemicals too, like dish soap and cleaning products, even cosmetics. Added scents in those are generally not good for the health. I imagine there are options also in the US, products without added perfumes.

I get horrible migraines from scents, so all the chemicals in my home are fragrance-free: dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, deodorant, everything.
