Hi Falon๐๐๐ I too had the same issues with Walmart, itโs been a nightmare for me bc I rely on their delivery service bc I am disabled, heck I couldnโt even reserve a delivery spot for over 2 weeks recently, which was just crazy. Anyhoo, I finally had a delivery yesterday but there was a lot of problems with it, missing items and sent multiples I didnโt order๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ

Hi!! I have had that happen with Walmart, too about a year or so ago but then it never happened again. I would encourage you to give it a few weeks and then try again. They told me why that happens, but for the life of me, I cannot remember now. I love Walmart delivery. I'm a TN girl and that's where my family is, but I've been in WI several years now…. sooooo when it's forty or fifty below or a ton of snow on the ground, it's so, so nice to have things brought to your door. Also, I wonder now with the shipping issues and the train issues and such if that has something to do with it? IDK, but you know how wacky things are these days.
When the shoppers are being lazy or wanna hurry because they want off on time they cancel orders. I've seen it happen. I'm sure it don't happen alot but it unfortunately is a thing that they do. (I have 2 family members who worked there) they had co workers who cancelled stuff or whole orders because they didn't want to stay late to finish the order. My family members just made sure to fill big orders all shift and the last hour they only fill small orders so they still get they're job done and aren't the ones doing shady stuff with orders.

Falon, I am really sorry about your issues with Walmart delivery. I can relate to your dilemma. Earlier in September, my husband and I ordered a large Walmart delivery order. Well, the order never went out for delivery. After the order was over three hours late, I called customer service and the agent promised to cancel the order and refund my money within an hour. The CSA was wrong and I didnโt receive a refund for a week!

Something to wrong with Walmart website. I just had grocery delivery and they canceled like 6 items saying per my request. And I know I didn't cancel anything.

The last two times Walmart messed up my order,I check every bag every item& sure enough they messed things up it wasn't even busy on a Tuesday!!!wtf!!!!

I've been getting a Carmel apple frappe from our local coffeehouse and they stopped selling it lately and said they might bring it back… So I ordered green apple coffee syrup and use my Carmel vanilla coffee syrup and it's almost identical! So good. I also do my blueberry coffee syrup the same way and xo!!

I use Walmart delivery all the time and the only time I've had issues is when I schedule delivery in the evenings. I try to get the first delivery slot of the day and don't have issues then.

Funny that you mentioned that on Walmart some ordered items were showing cancelled by you. That happened to me today for the first time ever, and I've been ordering delivery from Walmart for awhile. It was an item that is frequently out of stock, so maybe that is what happened to your items. As for your whole order though, not sure what to say about that one.
The Walmart substitution policy got changed last week too ๐ You no longer get charged the cheaper price, you have to pay for The actual price of what they substitute. They tried substituting great value tortilla wraps with name brand and it would have been $3 more. Luckily I caught that. So sad!
Get the blueberry creamer to go with the coffee.
