Is there a way to griddle the bread once the patty melt is assembled?
Most recent thing I made in my Instant Brand appliance was two batches of chicken bone broth in my 10-quart Duo Nova Instant Pot on Soup Low Pressure for 4 hours each, reusing the same bones for the second batch. A great gelatinous result.
