Green Mango Salad, trying this soon, had originally tried Chef Ray's Thai version, his includes 1 oz. of ground dried shrimp and some fish sauce, so…trying this vegan Green Mango Salad, NOW that we're in mango season. Thank you Chef AJ, liked and greetings from central Mexico. 🙂
