Bolon is the way to go with green plátanos. After what you did with them in the instant pot you have to mash them up add butter and queso fresco and make a ball and that is the best thing in the world.

Are green bananas the same as green plantains? If not, then how long should I cook a green plaintain for on the instant pot? Should I use steam or pressure cook manual setting? Thanks.

Well didn't you educate me on green bananas! I looked it up and you are 100% correct, they are have great health benefits when green, a long list of good for you things. And who knew they would be similar to potatoes but healthier! And thanks for showing us how to cook them. This was an amazing video Doug. I have never eaten plantains either. As for the corned beef in the can, will have to try that too. Now corned beef hash sounds good with this. Anyway, thank you so much, I am going to pass the green bananas along to my sister that has sugar issues….. Claudia

I never even knew there was canned corned beef until moving to Arkansas. I asked a kid at the grocery store if they ever get corned beef in and he says you mean one that's not in a can? 😂
