I so love Greek yogurt and adding real raw honey to it. This recipe looks very tasty. Only one question is about where you get the gelatin sheets. Or better question how could a person use the powdered version? Maybe if I try I can figure it out. Thank you very much.

I checked and I can get Greek yogurt here but I can't get Greek honey, the honey from here is delicious. Have you ever tried honey from here to compare it against Greek honey? I will bet they are both equally as good. That looks/sounds like it will be good, thanks Akis.
