    Yes! Please make your version of the Middle Eastern lentil rice. I’ve made it for many years and always have had to add more flavors to it than what the very basic recipe calls for, like the carmelized onions.

    Hmm… very interesting and great looking dish. There many recipes from Mediterranean counties using rice and lentils. I do it frequently. Mine is what I call pilaf..? Or pilau? In Scotland the old traders from India bought back kedgeree This one looks delicious too. Oh yummy!
