    Hi Akis,
I am going to be in Kalamata this June for 3 weeks. I cant wait!
Your recipes allow me to eat like I am in Greece in the cold Canadian winters.
Keep it up! You do a great job.

We in India also cook Chikpeas. It is called 'CHOLE'. It is served with flat Indian bread called' KULCHA'. It is most popular street food in New Delhi, perhaps as iconic as 'HOT DOG' in New York.

Yummy 😋 this video made my mouth waters lol btw here in Algeria we have the exact same dish it's name is Homas (an Arabic name) so I think it's becoming more of a Mediterranean dish than a Greek one 😁

Dear Akis, you don't have to speak in English. It's far better to speak in your native language, Greek. It's more respectful to speak your own native language rather than screwing common English….
