Good for you girl. Proud of you for taking control of your health. I’m slowly trying to transition into a healthier lifestyle myself but I don’t know which one I would like to do, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or plantbased 🤷🏽‍♀️. I’m near the end of a 30 day plant based detox with Dr Bobby Price and it has done very well for my health and weight getting me off to a good start. It’s amazing how the body reacts when you give it what it needs to thrive. I wish you peace, blessings, happiness and much love on your journey.

Thank you for this thorough overview of becoming plant-based. I’m on my journey of transition, mainly because of me listening to my body. I mostly eat veggies, fruits, seafood and some chicken. I do believe chicken is next on the list to go. I’m loving the healthier options. Many blessings to you and your family. Love ya much Lady and all that your channel offers. God bless!🙏🏾💖

All praises fa dis wisdom, fa r ppl truly need to b re-educated, encouraged `& inspired to overstand just how what and how we fuel r tenemos directly determines how we think, feel & quarry of life. My biggest hurdles have been d learning curb; how & with what to switch out to healthier plant based options. U have spotted do much n4 n ideas in dis vid. As u do wonderfully stated, much of what we do is an accumulation of habits and these habits determines r frequency/ vibration ….. consuming a diet of traumatized, slaughtered, heavily processed, denatured etc stuff adversely affects r spirits, mind, soul and body. Gratitude to u and ur content. Love d new name and direction 👐🏾👏🏾💪🏾✊🏾💯🔥

I totally understand. When I started working out and lost weight, people had negative things to say. When I tried vegetarian I received the same negative comments. Now I don’t care what they say. I’ve gained 30 in a year. I’m doing Starch S 5:42 Solutions and feel so goo it’s unreal. I need ideas. My cousin recommended this channel.

Hello I just found your channel today . I am so glad I did. Lately I have been on a fast with my church where we took some foods and things out of our diet of course with more prayer included. But I have never felt better. I thinking about keeping this lifestyle. You have a new subscriber. I can't wait to see more. And to be honest I never really thought of plant based/ vegan. I haven't seen it to be common in the African American community, so I am really excited about trying it out. I am trying to avoid the high blood pressure, and everything else that runs in my family….lol enough of me rambling now lol. I am glad I found your channel ☺️

I made a spinoff of your smoothie bowls for my greedy sons and I last week for dinner. We were really satisfied and no one asked for dessert afterwards. Of course, it was packed with spinach and no sugar thanks to the banana I added. We all felt like we had a nice ice cream sundae for dinner. No complaints.

Hey 👋🏼 big sis hey 👋🏼!!! I just finished a 21 day raw challenge and that was a game changer for me. That challenge now have me looking at what I put in my body. I have learned to not mix protein and starch together. You could have protein and vegetables or starch and vegetables. The raw challenge showed me that I don’t need to cook any foods and fresh is best. I brought a nama and I have started juicing as well. I made it through the 21 days raw and I have lost 13 pounds. I also started doing little workouts. I do 7, 15, or even 20 minute workouts during the challenge and I have not worked out in a very long time. Now I have energy and last month my heart was racing and that made my blood pressure high for the first time in my life and since the raw challenge I have not felt my heart race only but once but not like it did last month. I feel that my blood pressure is better. I’m not where I want to be so I’m gonna keep this going even if I do 70% raw. In the raw challenge we couldn’t have any oil, meat, sugar, bread, no cooked foods everything raw and I have learned to make raw recipes that tasted pretty good. I made a raw cheesecake with out using cheese and it was delicious 😋 so yes I am loving how my body is feeling right now and I will be following your recipes and everything ❤❤❤ Thank you big sister 😘

P.S. If you want to get more juice ideas I follow this beautiful lady that has been a nurse for 13 years. She’s on TikTok: ATasteOfCherie she is just starting with YouTube: ATasteOfCherie and she’s on Instagram and Facebook she’s working on helping the community. She’s in Indiana and she’s gonna be looking to move to Texas.
