I paid almost $400 for a piece of trash and they wont even replace or troubleshoot my defective unit I used it 4x and then it just won't turn on again. the most horrible customer service! they keep ditching my conversation and they don't speak english! this is all a scam!
A great idea. Western people used to boil the rice in excess water, then drain it. Then rice cookers came along and popularised the absorption method. They did offer safety and convenience.
