Exactly right Gordon Ramsey, like someone asked me if I did not want to become a chef because (compared to many average people) I can cook so well, nope I am not cut out to be a professional chef, I would not be able to handle what is necessary, the high stress, the high pressure, hence why I will forever be just a home hobby cook, that way it is fun, that way the only pressure there is is to do it properly, no extreme time pressure, no extreme pressure from other people in a professional sense, no strict job requirements, no "abusive" crap, just practicing by yourself and using your passion to get better at it with the only goal to make delicious food for yourself, friends and family, if you are not cut out for the professional kitchen it will murder your passion and burn you out.
For two seconds I thought Gordon Ramsey had gotten some kind of terminal disease and this actually was his last meal 💀
That's like 4 last meals.

I've always enjoyed Gordon Ramsey, but this interview is just fantastic!! So relaxed, so transparent, such a good man. I loved every but of this. His mother did an awesome job of raising him–his work ethic is impeccable. He really let his carefully-coiffed hair down here. Truly outstanding!!

I ate my last meal. It was egg whites. And than somebody showed up to murder me for living too good of a life. Who knows when I'll eat next. 3 days on 6 weeks off. That's the typical workings here . I only eat between druggings now. I've learned how to live with all the druggings and attempted manslaughters going on in this town
