    4 minutes on each side to get the color and then place in oven at 375 until the internal temp is 160 degrees and the chicken will still be super juicy.

    I add a lil lemon to the end of the cooking cycle (5-7) min before done cooking in the pan and it adds a lil more flavor if your about lemons! For new cooks , do watch how hot your flame is , if you butter is burning in that pan so is going to be your chicken.
