    Just made this. Its very quick and easy to do. I used breasts instead of thghs because that is what I had. I forgot to put the canned tomato in (sitting right on my counter staring at me!!). I didn't have capers and I added some heavy cream before putting it in the oven. I t came out freaking beautifully. Breasts were tender, not dry. Complex tastes. Didn't need the extra can of tomatoes. I don't normally like olives but said what the hell, and ended up munching down on them because they soaked up the sauce. Outstanding recipe.
