Good morning Tiffany so glad you have figured out bread for Layla and Wilder. I am supposed to be gluten free but I didn't like any of the gluten free breads and they were so expensive. I just don't eat bread much and when I do I pay the price. Ember is the sweetest cat ever she makes me smile. Thank you for all you do take care and stay safe!

I came across a podcast with Zen Honeycut a few months back. She was talking about how her sons experienced severe allergies to things they were always eating, just like your youngests are. She discovered through setting up the first testing of its kind in the country that her sons were experiencing glyphosate poisoning and that it wasn’t that they were allergic to the items but that their allergen bucket had been overloaded by glyphosate instead. So even when they removed things more things became an allergen for one of her kiddos. She put pressure on a doctor I believe it was, to begin the testing of glyphosate in the bloodstream of Americans and her son was the first to get the testing. She started changing her youngest over to gluten free and removing all of his other allergens. And then her other son started having the same issues. It’s wild! Anyway, I started noticing the SAME thing in myself and my girls and we’ve started eating more organically, even as cheap as we can, and it’s drastically changed how my girls and I react to the food IF we react at all. We all can now eat bread- we mill our own flower and leave all the bran and germ- we all can now drink milk- organic raw milk, and we don’t have as many reactions when we venture off of these foods now either. And that’s just in a few short months! I’m convinced the issue with my girls and I was glyphosate too. A doctor who worked on the Monsanto trials for his clients fighting Monsanto said that even just a switch to 30% organically is changing the bodies of those having issues with grains, dairy, and being allergic/sensitive to all the things they’ve normally been eating. Zen said what’s happening in our bodies is the glyphosate kills the enzymes, good bacteria, and cells needed to digest all foods. So the glyphosate is literally causing us to get sick because it’s killing the necessary things in our bodies that are needed to just process basic foods! She was on the Homegrown Podcast but she’s talked to others too! Definitely an interesting listen and good to grow knowledge on what’s going on with glyphosate! She also created Mom’s Across America.

It’s supposed to be ninety seven degrees here today with a heat advisory for the next three days. Time for cold sandwiches and salad ,but I would probably eat soup if I made it (I love soup) The bread looks like pound cake, but it looks really good! Thank you see you soon! 🍞🍕🍞

Tiffany did you know you can add one teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar for extra leavening to your gluten free flour bread recipe. This makes the bread more airy & less dense. I was doing some research for myself & on google I ran across this fact. I also found out they say pilsbury gluten-free all purpose flour makes the best bread. I thought about you trying to make good bread for Lala & Wilder. I seen they liked this recipe today so I thought you might want to do some research on what I ran across & try this.
