Iโ€™ve just been up the street and looking around for the mushroom powder. Itโ€™s not available and Iโ€™ve noticed on eBay itโ€™s way too expensive so Iโ€™m just going to settle using Miso dehydrated soup powder… hopefully it should do the same thing๐Ÿ‘ even though it hasnโ€™t got mushroom in it itโ€™s got that sort of taste .Unfortunately Quinoa is very expensive as well ( just bought a 500 gram bag for $10 here in Aus ) so Iโ€™m using half Quinoa and half red lentils

Iโ€™ve just read somewhere else on another YouTube vid that itโ€™s best to soak the quinoa overnight to help digestion . Apparently the Phytons stop you from absorbing nutrients if you donโ€™t soak . Thanks for the great recipe though ๐Ÿ‘
Maybe poppy seeds on top ?
I donโ€™t know what those other ones were. Going to try to find mushroom powder as well Ps in metric countries like mine ( Australia) itโ€™s around 225 deg Celsius

Please could you make some recipes for people who have had to go on the Low FODMAP diet. My IBS is so bad I have to follow this diet & it is very restrictive indeed. We really need good cooks to design some recipes for us. Please help.

It's even better if you first toast the quinoa in a dry skillet for a few minutes to bring out the nutty and smoky flavor.
Add some garlic, basil, oregano and it makes a great pizza crust.

I wanted to give you and other people an FYI; I have a Nutribullet and have discovered through testing that I don't have to tighten the cup as much as you did. I tightened it just till I could feel the grip of the plastic seal. With the Ninja I had to really tighten the cup and it was hard to un-tighten, but not with the 'Bullet'! I hope this helps someone! And Miss Connie, I like your videos. Thank you

When you warm up olive oil, it changes the enzymes of the oil and is harmful to our body, use olive oil always cold also to retain the nutrients ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿคช๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜›๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜œ
