I'm not Gluten intolerant but was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called hypothyroid. After tons of research I decided that going gluten free would be the best option for me The immune system tends to see gluten in wheat, rye and barley as an invader causing it to weaken the immune system. Thanks to videos from these ladies I can now skip the rock hard gluten free substitutes like packaged gluten free tortillas or super hard gluten free breads & enjoy softer substitutes while being healthy
