These look awesome, but you're right, not exactly low fat! Do you think chickpea flour would work here? In fact I was wondering how pureed cooked chickpeas would work and taste as a cookie, I have a huge bag from the Indian grocery! Maybe they could even help cut back on some of the tahini. Not that I don't love it, but it loves to make me "expand". lol
