Intuitive eating is the best thing that has happened to me. No more counting cal or carbs. Iโ€™ve lost 48 lbs by just listening to my body and not labeling foods as bad or good. Everything in moderation! I have pcos so I also am gluten sugar dairy and soy free! These things cause so much inflammation in my body! I like this vid I like the ideas for meal prep!

Jasmine rice is good. And may be (?) cheaper cuz you can buy in the store. Plus your rice looks like it's sticky rice. Jasmine rice isn't sticky, for those of you who prefers your rice not sticky. And btw, how the Brussels sprouts turn out? They look good. I've never tried baking them.

I love your apron! You are right– if you don't try to make cooking fun, it will be misery, lol. This is helpful for me because I have so little time and I'm always looking for quick and healthy ways to feed myself and my husband!

I need to try this. My problem is, I am not a fan of re-heated brussel sprouts. I like the crispiness of when they come out of the oven, and when I reheat them they are a little softer than I like ๐Ÿ™‚ With the egg muffins, brussel sprouts, and potatoes: how long would you say they keep in the fridge before going bad? Thank you!

Great video Rachel! ๐Ÿ˜Š Love your Meal Preps – thanks for sharing them. My favourite that I got from you was the beef joint cooked inside the bag in the slow cooker that was yum! ๐Ÿ˜‹ I'll definitely give the Egg Cups a try xx
