Today I’m sharing my Sunday meal prep. Everything I made is gluten-free, although not Paleo because I do eat white rice. I batched cooked everything under …
Your food looks nice๐. The video is unnecessary long๐ค๐. Am skipping alot ๐๐๐
Intuitive eating is the best thing that has happened to me. No more counting cal or carbs. Iโve lost 48 lbs by just listening to my body and not labeling foods as bad or good. Everything in moderation! I have pcos so I also am gluten sugar dairy and soy free! These things cause so much inflammation in my body! I like this vid I like the ideas for meal prep!
your also supposed to let the heat out of containers to cool until you seal them and put them in the fridge
I hope youre cleaning your food first before baking!!
You are so annoying to watch
Show and tell….๐ to much talking…
Where did you get your pressure cooker and rice maker?
The chicken breast is gluten free?
Not sure I would want to eat that comes e day 7.
This helped me sm thank you !
I would not eat not freshly cooked rice
So do you freeze your food? I mean how do you keep them throughout the week?
Great video! Do you have somewhere else where you break down how you portion these based on your different macros for different workouts?
Plastic containers no good
Jasmine rice is good. And may be (?) cheaper cuz you can buy in the store. Plus your rice looks like it's sticky rice. Jasmine rice isn't sticky, for those of you who prefers your rice not sticky. And btw, how the Brussels sprouts turn out? They look good. I've never tried baking them.
You can freeze fresh chicken.
Hint: microwave potatoes until kinda lightly soft, then cut up and season. Put in Oven until done. Yummy
THANK YOU!
Great video!!
The song on that rice cooker ๐๐๐. Great video , great tips !
Chitown!!!!!
My egg bites with a little potato and cheese then pour egg on top
I use a blender bottle for the eggs. ๐ shake and pour!
just wondering, do you freeze any of this and just heat it up? or do you just keep it in the fridge? i usually toss things out after 3 days lol really liked your video! hubs is gluten free and i have MS and fibro. so looking for quick and easy meals ๐
the vegies does it need to be bio everytime just asking coz im not use to it yet preparing gluten free for my kid thanks
Please remember not to cook at temperatures higher than the smoke point of the oil you are using. Heat above the smoke point causes the oil to oxidize, making the foods unhealthy for us to consume.
I'm so glad I don't live in Chicago!
New subbie here. Hi ๐
Great video:) GO BLUE ! ]V[
Hurry up stop talking and start preparing
I like this idea of batch cooking and, also, love my instant pot!
I love your apron! You are right– if you don't try to make cooking fun, it will be misery, lol. This is helpful for me because I have so little time and I'm always looking for quick and healthy ways to feed myself and my husband!
This looks delicious, I can't wait to try this!
Thank you for all your video! I follow you from Switzerland, I also have fibromyalgia and I was struggling . You gave me hope! THANK YOU!
Love these kinds of videos! Could you do a spice collection video? Also what is your nail polish color? Its so simple and elegant!
I need to try this. My problem is, I am not a fan of re-heated brussel sprouts. I like the crispiness of when they come out of the oven, and when I reheat them they are a little softer than I like ๐ With the egg muffins, brussel sprouts, and potatoes: how long would you say they keep in the fridge before going bad? Thank you!
Great video Rachel! ๐ Love your Meal Preps – thanks for sharing them. My favourite that I got from you was the beef joint cooked inside the bag in the slow cooker that was yum! ๐ I'll definitely give the Egg Cups a try xx
