Thank you for sharing a delicious meal idea! Aldi (if it's available in your area) carries a GF hamburger helper under the "G-free" label. But I was concerned about the preservatives in it. Plus, Aldi doesn't always have it in stock. This looks like a much better option both in quality and taste.
