    Noreen,
A big THANK YOU for your gluten free recipes. I became very sick and allergic to gluten last year, so much so that my hair started falling out. The gluten was attacking my scalp and my joints, very painfully. I will have to live gluten free the rest of my life. I can't wait to try your gluten free flour and your bread. I have follow your recipes for a while now and know I can always trust them.

I tried exactly the same receipe but instead of oven I used my bread maker. Bread’s taste is much better than my earlier gf breads but it’s didn’t rise as much as yours. This time I ll not use bread maker instead follow the same baking steps like urs.

U used the flour blend which u had it ready before. I saw the vidoe of your flour blend in which you added 3 tbsp of xanthum gum. And now in this receipe you added 1.5 tsp of xanthum gum on top of what was already added in the flour blend. Am I getting it right? Since u said do not make any changes so I don’t wanna start unless I am sure of my understanding.

Hi Noreen, I love the consistency of the bread. I found it a bit sweet for my taste. Is the sugar there for flavour only or does it effect the overall consistency of the bread?

You may well have just saved my life and the lives of my crew. My dr just sent me to a gastroenterologist after 15 years of constant gut issues. Seems I may be Celiac…. yay me. Big ole diet change for the whole crew if it's true. Think I can use this recipe for hamburger and hot dog buns too.

Noreen, Noreen, thank you so much for this video! I was recently taken off gluten by my doctor, and this looks and sounds doable for me. I can hardly wait!
