Can be made VEGAN!! Just sub out the eggs with bobs red mill egg replacement and it comes out just the same as shown in the video. It’s fluffy and delicious, I used my scale to be more precise.

. I measure all my ingredients exactly as you do and still My dough is thicker then what you show and this makes it very difficult to shape it smoothly in the loaf pan. What could I be doing wrong?

Best GF I’ve tried. Thanks!! I’ve tried it several times and I can only let it rise 5-10 minutes b4 baking otherwise it spills over my loaf pan.

Baking the bread now for the first time ever! This recipe was so well explained and I’m so grateful to you for sharing this. The bread in the store is awful and this was simple enough for a non baking person to master thank you !

I went to your website, and you asked to have all comments posted on YT. My husband and I have gone "grain free". I know that I can substitute potato starch for corn starch, but I need to know what I could use in place of the brown rice flour. I've heard that coconut flour has been known to soak up a lot of liquid. Do you have any suggestions for a good substitute for the brown rice flour?

Am I the only one who's bread top came off without the bottom and most of the top? Followed the directions on pan prep and loaf came out in 2 parts. Bread was tasty next time i'm using parchment paper.

I have made this recipe twice now, and it gets better and better! So much better than store-bought gluten-free bread. This last time, I actually forgot what I was doing, and let it rise for, like, three hours. When I got back, the dough had overflowed the bread pan on one side, but all I did was scrape off the overflow and smooth it onto the top of the loaf before I baked it. I use the thermometer to test for doneness, and it has turned out very good each time. Thank You for this excellent recipe!
