    If you struggle with the coffee try switching to decaff i used to drink 8 to 10 cups of coffee everyday now i dont drink full caffeine coffee anymore i drink decaff and it helps just having the taste

    I've thought of giving up coffee for YEARS but recently I've considered it to heal my skin from rosacea. I've given up everything else, but the rosacea lingers.

    I use a whole pack of choc salt and a big ole glob of butter in my coffee. Now when i spill it all over my shirt it is an absolute mess, haha. So delicious, though. Kudos to you guys for trying to give it up this month!

    I was so sad i missed the live. Had to work late. Best of luck on lion. For june removing any bread/breadlike items: bread, bagels, tortillas anything like that. Its a test to see if it has any bearing on my weight and skin boils. I had a salad today and my stomach was killing me. Making me wonder.🤔 i eat more keto, but am working to move things out of my diet. I think a more simplified diet is best. Coffee for me is a must❤

    I don’t drink caffeine anymore and I feel much better without it. The only thing is if I don’t get a good night sleep or have something going on where I’m busy and don’t get as much sleep that’s when I would be tempted to go back to it to get that energy boost. But my stomach can’t handle it so I’m forced to not restart my addiction 😅 as long as I’m sleeping well I don’t miss it at all.

    I’ve been really wanting to try giving up coffee because I believe I’m sensitive to it after decades of drinking it. I’m sure my adrenals would love a break. I actually gave it up a long time ago for almost a year and I didn’t miss it. Hope Incan get there again. Also wanting to give up dairy because I’m addicted to it but I know it messes with me too. Aargh lol prayers for you guys and I’m with you ❤

    Great stream! I'm not leaving my coffee and have it with a bit of milk. It has made no effect on my weight and I'm still on my target weight after losing 24kg's. I still eat BBBE, and mainly ground beef. There are some good recipes on the Internet for BBBE and not tiring of it at all.

    I live on BBBE. I’ve been low to zero carb for over 20 years. My weight bounces around my 10lbs envelope but most importantly, it keeps away the arthritis, inflammation, nausea, brain fog, heart burn … you two are awesome! Keep up the great content.

    Thank you, guys, for the video. I really enjoyed it. I love the way that you love each other and show your love for us. I am still waiting for the weight to start dropping. I have at least 150 pounds to lose. People in the group say that I probably still have healing to do before I see results. I have been overweight pretty much my whole life, and have tried most diets. This is the only way of eating that I have found to be sustainable. Thanks for reading. Love You guys. ❤️
