    I just made collard greens! (organic from Whole Foods) 🥬 I love the stems too but apparently you should separate them and sautee the stems first. I didn’t have time for that and chopped just like you. The dish shrank on me too, even on the stove, so I added Hannah Yams and White Beans to bulk it up and turned it into a soup. Tonight I’m making Bok Choy yummmm!
