Made a giant Pancake in the instant pot using krusteaz mix and spices, winged it a bit but came out delicious!

I did everything exactly as you did and when the time was up it was nowhere near being done. I had to go to manual high pressure for an additional 40 minutes before it was cooked completely. I don't know what happened there.
