the reason you have gallstones is the folic acid in your prenatal vitamins, it causes the bile from your gallbladder to not work properly going to your liver.
find a prenatal with folate! NOT FOLIC ACID!

I’ve had two home births so far and planning my third this year! But the first one wasn’t in water and the second was a water birth and I can’t recommend it enough! It was amazing and I would have a water birth every time if I can!
With my last birth I tried the comb for pain relief and while I did still know what was going on I noticed a huge difference compared to my first birth. God bless and prayers for a safe delivery ❤️

It sounds like birthing centers differ from one another. The one I had looked into had a whole set up so you could decide where/how you wanted to labor. They had a queen size bed and you could choose to stay overnight as well.

The comb in the palm of the hands (called gate theory) works WONDERS! That is what helped me birth my son who was over 10 pounds, unmedicated!

My last baby (the 4th) was born in water … I never pushed, he just came out, 25 minutes after the first contraction! That was awesome!
