That looks very tasty and I do have all the ingredients in the house so will give it a go tonight. My favourite seasons are Autumn and Spring so I'm very happy to see a tasty casserole dish.
Iโm pretty sure Iโve bought red wine vinegar at Aldi before so they were maybe just out of stock. I love autumn/winter foods.

I fight the autumn too ๐. I donโt know why I struggle so much mentally as it is never usually as bad as I fear in my mind (except 2020 of course!) Autumn, and winter, can be beautiful. This year I am getting two new kittens to help me focus on something positive as the evenings drawn in and get colder. Iโve been waiting a long time and I am ready to be responsible for two new little lives. I am hoping they will help to keep the black dog away ๐ฑ๐ฑ

Hmmm your bangers and mash winter warmer dinner looked absolutely scrummy, i will definitely be trying that one, would never have thought to make it like that. Brilliant video, great recipe. Have you ever tried slow cooker dump bags which you make up before hand freeze and then defrost overnight and pop in slow cooker I found them on YouTube last year. I'd love to see what slow cooker dump bags you and Lawrence would create.
