Lindsey, I just discovered you when I did a search about Instant Pots. I found your blog too. I'm a new subscriber and fan!! I'm also one of those that if scare of the pressure cooker idea, lol, but you are helping me through that. Based on everything I've learned, I just purchased the 6 qt duo, just like you are showing in this video. I plan to use it for bone broth (loved your blog on how to do this), and hard boiled eggs (again, loved your blog on this too). I may venture to whole chickens eventually, but that is down the road.
