Prog Rock 😂Claire,I never saw that coming! In the not Christmas genre of movies for Christmas might I suggest “Blades of Glory” I think it’s clever enough for both of you with a strong flavour of goofy. If you do get the $ for Italy, might I recommend Sicily- Ragusa , also great for kiddos. Last, if you were near by I would make for you my almost famous Zuppa Inglese, an Italian version of trifle-no jelly, more fruit and booze! Happy Christmas 🎄

Enjoyed!! My favourite desert, mentioning as you're drinking mulled wine is pears poached in red wine. Think peeled pears in mulled wine. I'm sure I'd a recipe to start with I just follow my nose. On Christmas day, it looks very regal in a white dish, the red pears standing up right. I do have other alcohol and fruit suggestions, plums panfried in butter / rosemary / brown sugar and brandy ( go light on the sugar / rosemary) I feel a grown up fruit desert with stinky cheeses is a great end to a meal.

I did kind of guess that Ed worked in some sort of health care….. Oh my gosh! That was so much fun! Also, I am sooo delighted they did not have to saw off Ed's leg. Holy smokes that is a LOT of money monthly for a PO box. Rats. Well, one day.
