    Yes, my truck has been in the shop for almost 4weeks. $1,000 dollars later. 😳 And that is just mine. Parts are not made well anymore and dont seem to last.

    Sleep is vital! You should use ashwaganda for sleep and just for anxiety overall! Yeah I always tell people there’s no award out there for most overworked woman. The scale will not go down until you get Atleast 8 hours of sleep. Which is hard for me cause I work nights but when I get rest I can definitely tell on that scale

    Ugh. "MUST BE NICE". I have one of those fam members too girl. I do my own hair color, pedi and nails, and facials. I decided to treat myself to a salon set and some lip filler recently. I got the must be nice. This mouth though lol. It flew before I could stop it. With a smile, I pointed out that this person could do the same if they didn't feed a poker machine 20s for hours every day. CRICKETS. I should have stopped at, "it was nice, thanks." Lol

    I’m starting the monthly reset in October. I started journaling at the beginning of the year and it has helped me a lot just have a better outlook on things and it really sets the tone for the day! I’ve been feeling like I’m missing something that will kick my productivity up a notch and I think the reset/making daily lists will help! Thank you for inspiring! You are the best!

    I go to the grocery store one time a week, if we're out of something owell lol 😆 it helps the money bank tho !
    Omg yes girl I was addicted to melatonin/ benadryl for a few years (2 or 3) 😬. Also of this past August I've been free from both a d my sleep is so much better!!!!
