I tried every single diet on the internet and even if I managed to lose few pounds of fat, they would get back as soon as I'm done with diet. I realised that meal plan from Agoge Diet is the only diet I could follow forever. It's really sustainable and easy to follow.

Also…why are we avoiding beef and pork? These are traditional foods that humans have been eating for a long time. These nutrient dense animal foods are essential and it's easier to find pasture raised grass fed options.

YES! THANK YOU! Lily Nichols is AMAZING! Finally a dietary recommendation that is HELPING GD NOT CAUSING IT! Doctors are hurting women with this terrible outdated misinformation. Causing more birth complications and C sections that they then get to benefit and profit from.

My one miss about this video is the tofu, there's lots of research about the dangers of soy, the pesticides and the phytoestrogens, you ought to just have REAL meat, a very nutrient dense food and essential for mama's and babies.

How do we determine how much fat and protein we should have each day, and thus, at each meal, in addition to the carb number you've supplied? I am so grateful for that! I was recently diagnosed but given very little direction past the diagnosis. Thank you so much!
