Checked out as soon as she said she wasn't frying it. It's cool that she mentioned more than once it wasn't a traditional Chinese dish (I think everyone knows that by now) but not frying it PLUS using chopsticks to stir was just too much "authenticity" for me . I'm out a third of the way into this. Pleeeease YouTube…just be REAL!

I rent and after waiting over a year for repairs I bought a convection toaster oven, by Hamilton beach, for like 100 I think this way I can take it if I move, 4 months later they fixed it but the ovens pilot light never stays lit – so glad I bought it, it cooks faster than gas oven that isn't temp regulated – I do recommend it. Thanks for the resipie

To answer to your question about using oil in your air fryer, is that I don’t use oil for anything sometimes I just spray the pan with some cooking oil spray to prevent things from sticking to it but I never use oil in my air fryer
Have same oven same broken door, use bungee cord from door handle to top back of control panel.

interesting way to make general tso's. personally think the best way to make this healthy without deep frying is to marinate in egg white and cooking wine and corn starch and then stir fry the chicken and put it in your general tso's style sauce. Some people like their general tso's sweeter and some people like it spicy.
