I don't have balsamic vinegar. I don't really use vinegar when I cook so I just was wondering if I can use apple cider vinegar or white vinegar instead or would that be gross?

Dude, quick question from a dilatant. Does all that garlic and spices plus the mushrooms make the sauteed spinach taste less like blood and more palatable? I love raw spinach but the sauteed stuff tastes like metal to me. Thank you in advance for any answers. Great video. Quick and to the point. Thumbs up from me.

Since i got copper pans. I learned that mushrooms dont need any oil or butter to cook. You cook them slow and they bring out the most wonderful fragrance.
