About the only thing I disagree with is unsalted butter. There is so little salt in salted butter there is no point in using unsalted. It would be different if the content was 10-20% per serving, but there is just 4% DRV in one serving of salted butter. AND it tastes much better. 😜 ALSO Your hair down like that is GORGEOUS!!! Nelson is a lucky man!!! PRO TIP: Use a hand mixer with the beater attachments for the fluffiest smoothest potatoes.

This is one of my go-to meal prep side dishes…easy to make & insanely delicious. I also grow most of these ingredients in my garden, so it costs me next to nothing.

Yummy. Alternating liquids is always fun such as buttermilk and butter, sour cream and milk, chicken stock and butter etc. The Yukon Golds are the ones to use ! Mashed potatoes and eggs in the morning will warm you up fast ! Especially this time of the year….its all good !

The new hair style looks really nice and suits you well. The mashed potatoes also look great, and garlic really takes them to another level. Using olive oil instead of butter was a nice, and healthy touch

These would be great for dinner, or for breakfast with a fried egg. Yum!! Also, I just recently found your channel, and am so glad I did. I already shared the Gorditas recipe with one of the Pakistani channels that try new foods. Ricers are just marvelous, and the skins can be used in soup, too. Thanks for all the great food you bring to us!
