I have been doing something similar by making my own garden veggie cream cheese for my husband to use on bagels rather than buying the small premade ones. Only takes a few minutes.

Because of you I am addicted to Boursin cheese lol. I use it in my mashed potatoes, pasta dishes, artichoke/spinach dip. I even dollop it in quiches and have received many compliments. Thank you.

I’d cut the recipe down to half or even a third but this would be very handy. I use it occasionally to cook with but we just don’t ever eat the other two pkgs.

I will definitely make this recipe. Since I like to cook, I already have the spices on hand. The butter and cream cheese cost at my supermarket works out to be 1/3 of the cost of Boursin per ounce. So yeah!

Can't wait for the 3rd book!! This is a recipe I will use as a dip for large gatherings. I would not use this all up in time and it would go to waste. Thanks for introducing me to this awesome cheese 🙂

I agree with Richard. The Boursin is not exactly creamy, I use it and love it for cooking. I think yours would be much better for eating with a cracker. Win win for both!

It would be interesting to see the cost of your separate materials that you had to purchase to make that. So if I were to go out and buy two cream cheese, butter, and each of the spices needed how much would it cost? And then you have to mix it, clean the bowl, etc. Also, it would be easier to mold your mix into a log in saran wrap to use. But overall, much easier to just buy the wonderful 3 pack at Costco.

Jeff's like "No sponsorhip?? I'll make my own"… Better Than Bullion made a smart move… LOL

My local grocery store sell them for $6.15 each.

Happy for the new upcoming book. I have the previous two and have made many recipes from them. All of them delicious.
