Ya’ll have been asking for a recipe for my meat stock, so here you go! This is the lamb meat stock, I’ve got a video coming for how …
Hope you enjoyed this one! I just quit my job so I can focus on YouTube & making videos full time, so you'll bare minimum get weekly content for a while which is awesome! Let me know if there's anything you wanna see/know. Excited for what's to come!
Rory pal!!!! thanks for making this vid! helps loads you sexy MOTHA FWKA!!! I am on the same journey as you…You ate everything out of this broth didn't you, eg Mince etc. What foods have you reintroduced since then? Ive seen you gobble up avocado and didn't work did it. I get this warm feeling in my cheeks and back of the neck sometimes, is this what you feel bro?
Might have some secret monkey business going on over here soon 🤐
Do you get your lamb shanks from a butcher? I've only really got a woolworths near me
Nice video.
Hey Rory, are you still getting results on this? Just curious as I know its been a little while now. I started a high fat carnivore 9 weeks ago ( similar but not exactly the same i know) and I swear I'm the only person I can find that not only didn't get good results, but also everything I am suffering from seems to have gotten dramatically worse over that time. inflammation seems to be way up from the diet, but everything online says the complete opposite. I am hoping to get to the 3 month mark to see if there are any signs of improvement but man, I feel like it's slowly killing me! Thanks in advance
I definitely prefer chicken stock but it's such an arse messing around with getting the meat off!!! How are you feeling now? I have followed you since the beginning so am about 6 weeks behind you (although i've not been as strict as i should lately). What benefits are you noticing? I have had so many it's crazy!
If you love making stock I would recommend a pressure cooker. It's the best thing I own! I sling a couple of chicken carcass in, cover with water, season and cook for 6 hours. I cook for so long as it makes the bones so soft I crush them into bone meal for my dogs. I had been having 300ml a day but will try a litre from your suggestion. Excellent video xx
Thank you!! Will be making a few changes to my stock. I’ve definitely been storing, AND cooking my stock for too long with chicken skins 😮 no wonder I’m not feeling as good as I should 😅 Go Rory!! Love your videos ❤
I am drinking one right now.
I also use chicken carcass, very cheap, left over steak bones, Chicken feet, suet, basically what ever meat or bones I get my hands on goes in the broth in mine too.
