Try cooking your chicken for only 10 minutes OR dice it up and cook with the pasta and sauce for 5-6 minutes only. Cuts time down greatly. Pasta cooks at 1/2 the package time. i.e. 10 minutes on package do for 5 minutes. (I sometimes add an extra minute to the time as I don't like it too al dante.) Add the cut up chicken (if cooked separately) and veggies in after pasta is cooked and they will quickly cook when the sauce starts to cool and thicken. I'd definitely try this. Thanks for sharing! BTW, I make an italian sausage pasta dish that only takes 5 minutes…the sausage is raw and diced. Comes out perfectly cooked. 😉

Hey Andy- That looks pretty awesome Andy! I always laugh when I hear General Tso's chicken as I think back to the Simpsons episode where Mr. Burns orders Chinese food and recounts General Dao as a "bloodthirsty opponent on the battlefield". I have never used an instant pot but it was good to hear what chicken is like after cooking it in an instant pot. By the way, what's that picture in the extreme upper-right hand corner above the door of the shot in the testing scene (the last three minutes of the video)?
