How does this character, cooking with a wet sweaty shirt on, get so many subscribers and views?? Is the world gone to pot that much?? And why does he think it's any harder on him them millions of other people including kids and ill and immune compromised people ?? That shirt grossed me out@ I swear I cld smell it through my phone!!

Have you ever "dry baked potatoes," no oil needed, on the open oven rack, slow for 1 hr. Crunchy skin, season once you open it up and top it. So good I like some cold.
I was shown a version of this potato bake, 30 years ago, great party dish. Sliced potato, garlic powder, s&p, bacon batons or ham strips, cheese, layers. Fill the spaces with 600 ml thick cream, less fat if using white sauce instead. Recently found out to cover and steam first, cooks raw spuds, then remove lid or foil, to brown the top. Cooks in less than the 1 hr I used to do. Best stringy cheese, grated mozzarella.

I would substitute quark for tge sour cream and add chopped cubed chicken breast meat and little cubes of chorizo and some lovely gooey mozzarella cheese and finely chopped chives or spring onions for my version
