    I decided to take the rest of the summer off from tracking my food and my weight. The rise in weight when building was f’ing with me. Feels amazing to just eat intuitively and not have a scale number dancing around my brain. Still crushing it in the gym and loving this break. Always fun watching your vlogs. Sending love ❤
